Ihr Profil
Das vorrangige Ziel unserer Projekte ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung der Unternehmen unserer Klienten, und dies in zumeist komplexen Situationen. Für diese Herausforderung suchen die besten Mitarbeitenden im Markt, um unser Team als Teil unserer Wachstumsstrategie weiter zu vergrößern:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung – idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Industrie – mit Fokus auf Aerospace, Defense & Airlines
- Erfahrung in groß angelegten, unternehmensweiten Transformationsprogrammen, einschließlich Ertragssteigerung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette/Supply Chain, Wachstumsinitiativen sowie Kostenoptimierungs- und Cost-Cutting-Programmen
- Kenntnisse in Ramp-up-Phasen sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis von Operations und operativen Abläufen
- Hohe finanzwirtschaftliche und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Nachweisliche Projekt-/Programm-Delivery: strukturierte Problemlösung, Planung/Steuerung von Workstreams, messbare Ergebnisverantwortung – auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
- Klassisches Consulting-Skillset: analytische Exzellenz, Hypothesen-getriebenes Arbeiten, Storylining & Executive-ready Kommunikation, Stakeholder-Management bis C-Level
- Hervorragende kommunikative und interaktive Fähigkeiten
- Starke analytische, unternehmerische und problemlösungsorientierte Persönlichkeiten
- Sehr guter akademischer Background; Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Deutsch (mind. C1) und Englisch (mind. B2), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft bei hybridem Arbeitsmodell (remote, office, client-site)
- Aktuelle Passinhaber:innen und Staatsbürgerschaft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
