Aufgabenbereich
Der Operations Associate ist ein Mitglied des Filialteams, das für die Steigerung der Rentabilität und Effizienz verantwortlich ist. Der Operations Associate arbeitet eng mit dem Operations & Visual Manager und dem Betriebsleiter zusammen, um Aufgaben zu initiieren, abzuschließen und dem Team Feedback zu geben, um optimale Ergebnisse zur Unterstützung des gesamten Filialbetriebs zu erzielen.
Wichtige Aufgabenbereiche
- Effektive Durchführung von Bestandsverwaltungsprozessen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Maximierung der Bestandsgenauigkeit und der Reduzierung von Schwund
- Untersuchung und Ermittlung der Ursachen für Probleme mit der Bestandsgenauigkeit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer, um Prozess- oder Systemlücken zu eskalieren
- Unterstützung bei der Ausführung wichtiger betrieblicher Funktionen, darunter Versand, Wareneingang und -bearbeitung, Rücktransfers, Wiederauffüllung des Verkaufsraums, Nachschub im Laufe des Tages, Aktualisierung der Regalaufstellung und Lieferantenmanagement
- Aufrechterhaltung und Förderung hoher visueller Standards für den Verkaufsraum
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Berichterstattung, Budgets, Ausgaben, Bestandskontrolle, Lieferungen, Lieferantenbeziehungen, Technologie und Einrichtungen, um die Aufrechterhaltung und Maximierung sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung und eines effizienten Betriebs durch strenge Standards und Prozesse für das Lager
- Dynamisches Handeln im Verkaufsraum, um die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens, des Teams und der Gäste zu bewerten und zu erfüllen
- Ausführung von unternehmensweiten, betriebsorientierten Anweisungen, Projekten und Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Operations & Visual Manager und dem Betriebsleiter
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Lieferungen und der Sicherstellung des Produktflusses, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf die Platzierung von Visual Merchandising und die tägliche Nachschubversorgung
- Demonstration ausgeprägter Geschäftstüchtigkeit durch die Nutzung von Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung geschäftsfördernder Strategien
- Schnelle und effektive Lösung von Kundenanforderungen zur Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Identifizierung von Produktproblemen und Kommunikation des Lagerbedarfs zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsziele
- Unterstützung anderer Geschäftsbereiche, einschließlich Verkauf & Service und Kasse, nach Bedarf
Qualifikationen für Operations Associate
- Bevorzugt werden Berufserfahrungen in einem kundenorientierten, vertriebs- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld
- Leidenschaft für Kundenservice und die Bereitstellung außergewöhnlicher Erlebnisse
- Hohe Energie, Optimismus und Begeisterungsfähigkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Spaß und Arbeit zu verbinden
- Selbstmotiviert mit dem Wunsch, Ergebnisse zu erzielen und sich individuell sowie im Team auszuzeichnen
- Fördert echte Verbindungen durch Empathie, Mitgefühl, Integrität und den Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen
- Identifikation mit und Umsetzung der Leitprinzipien von ALO
- Fähigkeit, bis zu 50 Pfund (22,7 kg) zu heben, zu schieben, zu tragen oder anderweitig zu bewegen
- Fähigkeit, zu heben, sich zu beugen, zu knien, zu klettern, zu kriechen und/oder sich zu drehen sowie sicher eine Leiter hinauf- und hinabzusteigen
- Fähigkeit, während der gesamten Schicht zu stehen und sich zu bewegen
- Nachweis einer gültigen Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis
