What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we’re seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team in Shanghai. In this role, you will be responsible for closing new business and managing our JD.com flagship store. Our Inside Sales Superstars ensure that prospects receive prompt and qualified advice on our products, enabling them to subscribe to our services. If a more detailed consultation is required to secure an AnyDesk subscription, you will collaborate with your Team Leader, colleagues and the Technical Support team to close the deal.
- Become a domain expert on AnyDesk products and how they support business outcomes for our customers
- Manage high-velocity deal cycles from initial contact through to closing
- Manage a high volume of leads through the CRM, responding to them in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate value to our customers through their preferred channels, such as Microsoft Teams, WeChat, email and phone calls
- Work closely with your team to help AnyDesk grow its business in the Chinese market
- Continuously develop and improve your sales skills and product knowledge
Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, demonstrate a can-do attitude and communicate exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Experience in inbound sales
- Strong customer focus and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer data
- Experience managing JD.com, Tmall or other Chinese e-commerce platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of BANT or a similar sales methodology to effectively identify and qualify leads is a plus
- Relevant work experience in a software or technology company
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online customer acquisition
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive, friendly and courteous approach
- Strong understanding of China’s enterprise software market
