Die Blausteinklinik gehört seit über 25 Jahren zu den führenden Fachkliniken für venöse Erkrankungen in Baden-Württemberg und darüber hinaus. Gemeinsam mit den angegliederten Praxen bildet die Klinik das interdisziplinäre Gefäß- und Hautzentrum Blaustein und versorgt pro Jahr rund 17.000 ambulante und stationäre Patienten. Unser gemeinsamer Anspruch ist es dabei, für Patientinnen und Patienten aller Kassen im ambulanten und stationären Bereich spezialisierte Medizin auf höchstem Niveau und auf Grundlage aktuellster wissenschaftlicher Leitlinien anzubieten.
Im Gefäß- und Hautzentrum Blaustein pflegen wir ein professionelles, aber familiäres Miteinander. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mitarbeiter*innen wollen wir uns jeden Tag verbessern und gemeinsam erfolgreich sein.
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege mit Fachweiterbildung OP-Pflege oder als OTA oder als MFA mit Berufserfahrung im OP.
- Sie haben Interesse an einer interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im OP mit Chirurgen, Anästhesisten und Anästhesie-Pflege.
- Sie überzeugen durch Teamgeist und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
- Sie sind kommunikativ, engagiert und empathisch.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie betreuen und versorgen unsere Patient*innen im OP.
- Berufstypische Arbeiten im Rahmen der OP-Pflege/ -Assistenz je nach Aufgabenspektrum.
- Sie unterstützen Ihr Team und Ihre Teamleitung und arbeiten aktiv an der Verbesserung der Prozesse mit.
