Description

We are currently seeking Investigations Lawyers to work with Axiom clients across a range of industries, supporting a broad range of corporate, employee, compliance, regulatory and misconduct investigations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct or support legally privileged investigations into matters including employee misconduct, whistleblowing, fraud, regulatory concerns, compliance breaches and other sensitive issues.
Define investigation scope, review documentation, develop investigation plans, conduct interviews and manage evidence-gathering processes.
Prepare clear investigation reports, summaries and recommendations, and advise on appropriate remedial actions and risk-mitigation measures.
Work closely with HR, compliance, risk, senior management and external advisers to manage sensitive matters and deliver practical, business-focused advice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, with relevant investigations experience gained in-house, in private practice or within a regulatory, compliance or advisory environment.
Experience supporting or leading investigations involving corporate, employee, conduct, regulatory, fraud, whistleblowing or compliance matters.
Strong analytical, interviewing, drafting and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.
Qualified lawyer in the UK or an equivalent jurisdiction, or experienced investigations professional with strong corporate, employee, regulatory, compliance or fraud investigations experience.
