Legal Counsel - Consumer, Sydney and Melbourne

Our clients are currently seeking mid-senior legal counsels with a strong background in commercial and consumer law.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
- Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to any of the following areas; Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce and/or Data Privacy
- Experience in an FMCG, retail or consumer, digital product/commerce industry would be advantageous
- Ability to proactively solve problems, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Excellent analytical, collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running, analyse legal and commercial risks and propose creative, business-oriented solutions
- An ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders is essential
- Strong team player and service-oriented attitude
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia
