Our Organisational, Effectiveness & Agility practice are looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join the team.
We are experts who put people first to transform organisations through future-ready operating models, agile ways of working, and enterprise transformation. We help our clients build more adaptive, effective, and sustainable organisations by shaping how people, processes, and emerging technologies come together. This expertise spans multiple industries, reflecting our current cross-industry approach. However, we are now prioritising deep industry specialisation, particularly in Financial Services and Consumer Products & Retail. Our experts partner closely with our industry-focused colleagues and go to market together.
What you will be doing
Our roles are about helping clients redesign and deliver the organisations of the future by shaping operating models that enable agility, human-centred design and efficiency. As a Senior Manager, you will play a leading role in setting direction, shaping client engagements and driving enterprise-wide transformation, translating strategic priorities into practical structures, processes, and governance frameworks that drive sustainable impact.
- Enterprise-wide Operating Model Design and Implementation: Leading the definition and implementation of target operating models, organisational structures and governance frameworks that align to strategic priorities and enable agility across complex organisations.
- Cost & Productivity Optimisation: Shaping and leading large-scale redesign of operating models to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock long-term value through streamlines processes and resource allocation.
- Integration & Capability Build: Leading complex organisational transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions or new business units, by designing and embedding capabilities that enable smooth integration and operational effectiveness.
- Ways of Working & Agility: Setting direction for how organisations evolve processes, decision-making, and funding models to foster collaboration, innovation and responsiveness at scale.
- AI-Enabled Operating Model Transformation: Designing future-fit organisations that can embed and scale AI - with the right structures, accountabilities, and cultural foundations
- Data-Driven Insights: Overseeing the application of analytics and diagnostic tools (e.g. OrgVue) to assess spans, layers, costs, and workforce performance, translating insights into strategic recommendations and executive decisions.
- Client Leadership & Business Development: Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, shaping and selling transformation programmes, and contributing to the growth of our operating model and transformation offering.
- Team Leadership & Capability Development: Leading and developing high-performing teams, coaching others to build capability and contributing to the growth of our practice.
Some examples of the work you’ll do:
- Leading the design of future-ready operating models that align with strategic priorities, balancing efficiency, agility, and innovation
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on structural choices, clarifying trade-offs between centralisation, decentralisation, and hybrid models to enable effective decision-making.
- Leading end-to-end operating model transformations, including governance design and implementation at scale.
