We care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore and put your skills to work. Many clients require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. We offer paid training to prepare you for the unique and rewarding environment you will provide care in, prioritizing your skillset confidence and knowledge.
What BAYADA Offers
- $27–32/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month)
- Daytime, Evening, and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- One on One care
- No Weekend Requirement

- Asheville - Haywood, Henderson, Macon, Polk, Rutherford, Transylvania
- Hickory - Alleghany, Ashe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Iredell, Lincoln, McDowell, Mitchell, Watauga, Wilkes

What You Need
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
