BAYADA Pediatrics is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides in Chester and Montgomery counties! We work one-on-one with special needs children and provide personal care in the home and school settings. BAYADA believes our clients come first and our employees are our greatest asset. Whether you're looking for something supplemental or considering a career change, we can accommodate your schedule to meet your needs. Shifts for our aides include, days, evenings and weekends!
As a BAYADA home health aide, you will care for one client at a time while enjoying the 24-hour support of a strong nursing management team. BAYADA is proud to offer paid time off, weekly pay, and direct deposit, along with comprehensive benefits including: 401(k), and medical and life insurances.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Minimum one year of personal care experience in a supervised setting or
- Certificate of at least 75 hours of home health aide training or
- Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board or
- Completion of medical-surgical clinical rotation in nursing school
Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
