You'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve goals they never thought possible. We are currently hiring part-time Special Needs Caregiver / Direct Support Professionals /DSPs in the following areas:
- Elkin, NC
- Jonesville, NC
What You'll Do as a Special Needs Caregiver:
- Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
- Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
- Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
Pay & Schedule
$16.00/hr.
- Weekly pay
- Flexible part-time schedules
- Multiple shifts available

What We're Looking For in a Special Needs Caregiver:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to community activities
