We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). If you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service, we want to meet you!
Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:
- Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
- Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity to reach their goals
- Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
- Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
- Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
- Follows all practice policies and protocols
- Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Assistant Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications
HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE
- At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
- At least 1-2 years spa experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
