  • Maintain and administer the Market Data Management (MDM) platform, ensuring inventory accuracy, entitlement administration, service ownership, regulatory reporting, onboarding/offboarding activities, and operational governance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies, validate contracts and pricing, support audits, and improve financial transparency and cost management.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc management reporting, spend analysis, variance reporting, operational metrics, and insights to support business and Finance decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance market data governance, financial controls, operational efficiency, and overall service quality.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, finance, accounting, economics, technology, or other numerate discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience performing data analysis, large-volume reconciliations, financial reporting, and interpretation of complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across market data administration, financial operations, billing, accounting, or vendor management functions.
  • Experience working with Market Data Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Calero).
  • Familiarity with ERP and Accounts Payable systems such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Knowledge of market data vendors, exchanges, and financial services operating environments.
  • Experience within capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or related financial services organizations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to execute basic database queries to analyze and reconcile data.
