About the role:
We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, introduction of the role in 3-4 sentences.
What you’ll do:
- Perform general repairs such as fixing doors, patching drywall, repairing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and painting.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural components.
- Assist in maintaining the facility by assembling furniture, installing shelving, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document completed tasks.
- Support inventory management by organizing tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex repair projects to learn best practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Handyman Skills & Repair Knowledge: Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Proficiency with Hand and Power Tools: Comfortable using tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and other equipment used in repairs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment, supporting and learning from senior technicians while contributing to the team's success.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting maintenance issues and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Physical Readiness: Capable of lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks
- Other items to note: Communication, Problem Resolution/Analysis, Customer Service, Team/Individual Contributor, Leadership, Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Skill/Effort.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work minimum 40 hours on flexible hours based on company needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $25 per hour
