Project Description
The team builds tools that help users work with audience insights, segmentation, performance metrics, and cross-channel data in a clear and efficient way. The environment involves large-scale real-time data, third-party integrations, and high standards for reliability, performance, security, and compliance.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to develop advanced platform features;
- Contribute to architectural discussions and support the development of new product capabilities;
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend components;
- Build and optimize backend services that support large-scale data processing and real-time analytics;
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of platform services across AWS and on-premises environments;
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial experience in software development;
- Strong experience with Vue.js (React is a plus);
- Experience with Java or another backend technology;
- Willingness to work with Java and Spring / Spring Boot;
- Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data processing;
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms;
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes;
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
- Proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team;
- Willingness to participate in pager duty rotation;
- English level: B1+ or higher;
