Compensation: $25-$27 per hour
About The Opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic in Richmond, VA
This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting
This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics ā allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.
What Youāll Do
ā¢ Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
ā¢ Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
ā¢ Support patient intake and documentation
ā¢ Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
ā¢ Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications
ā¢ 2+ years Dental Assistant experience required
ā¢ Active Radiation Certificate
ā¢ Experience treating senior populations preferred
ā¢ Strong organizational and patient communication skills
ā¢ Valid Driver's License
ā¢ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
ā¢ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule
ā¢ 3-4 Days Per Week
ā¢ Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
ā¢ No nights
ā¢ No weekends
