What You'll Do
1.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across all HRM functions, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes from onboarding through offboarding in accordance with company SOPs, while delivering positive employee experience throughout the journey.
- Drive and manage key HR cycles, including performance and compensation reviews.
- Partner closely with Legal and Compliance teams to manage HR policies and internal regulations, and support audits and inspections conducted by government authorities.
- Effectively manage employee relations matters in collaboration with the HR Legal team, ensuring appropriate resolution and mitigating organizational risk.
- Facilitate and manage formal HR governance processes, including Labor-Management Council meetings, Employee Disciplinary Committees, and other employee relations procedures.
2. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to build and sustain a high-performance culture across Coupang Pay.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders by identifying organizational challenges and opportunities and collaboratively driving effective solutions.
- Diagnose organizational issues, recommend improvements, and support execution of initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, leadership capability.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a hands-on mindset and the ability to build processes and structure from the ground up.
- Experience working in a global and multicultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality and accurate work.
- Professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal settings.
