Our services in Taiwan include “Rocket Delivery” which offers next-day delivery for a wide selection of items at affordable prices, “Rocket Oversea” which offers free international delivery on millions of best-selling products from Korea, the U.S., and beyond.
We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?”
Position: Principal, HRBP
What You Will Do:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement business people strategies; support business goals and initiatives by ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness based on business understanding.
- Provide coaching, direction and counsel to people managers and business leaders as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent and resolve people issues.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People team, developing solutions as needed.
- Deep dive into data and visualize, to provide insightful information to related stakeholders and propose some suggestions.
- Minimizes legal risks of the company by establishing measures to comply with labor laws and company regulations and resolving issues.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances, liaising directly with all related parties.Conduct regular meetings with respective business units
Essential Qualifications
- At least 8 years of HRBP experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
