Description
職務摘要（Job Description Summary）
負責與產品（Product）、工程（Engineering）及數據分析（Analytics）團隊合作，建立並優化 Coupang App 內的 Onsite Merchandising（OM，站內陳列）功能與能力。
同時制定並執行標準作業流程（SOP），確保各 OM 團隊能有效執行站內陳列檔期規劃（Merchandising Calendar），提升資源配置、版位管理與素材曝光效率
此外，需建立報表與商業洞察分析機制，以支援日常營運決策及 OM 策略方向調整
主要工作職責（Key Responsibilities）
1. 跨部門專案管理
與下列團隊合作推動重要專案：
• OM（Onsite Merchandising）
• Product（產品團隊）
• Analytics（數據分析團隊）
• BM（Business Management／Business Merchandising 團隊）
共同推進站內營運及功能優化相關專案。
2. 建立營運流程與 SOP
制定平台層級的標準作業流程：
• 商品陳列管理（Merchandising Operations）
• 檔期規劃（Calendarization）
• 成效分析（Performance Analysis）
• OM 策略規劃（Merchandising Strategy）
提升組織運作效率與執行品質。
3. 推動站內功能優化
與產品及工程團隊合作開發新的站內陳列功能：
目標包括：
• 提高曝光量（Impressions）
• 提升點擊率（CTR）
• 提高轉換率（CVR）
• 強化 App 使用體驗（User Experience）
4. 建立品類成長能力
透過以下方式協助品類成長：
• 商品陳列策略（Merchandising）
• 站內產品功能（Onsite Product Features）
• 分析工具建置（Analytics）
• KPI 管理與成效追蹤（Performance Management）
建立可持續複製的成長機制。
5. 最佳化品類營運與促銷流程
與 BM 及 OM 團隊合作：
建立業界最佳實務（Best-in-Class）流程，包括：
• 品類策展（Category Curation）
• 商品選品機制
• 曝光邏輯
• 檔期規劃
• 促銷活動管理
• 品類促銷執行流程
• 資源分配
• 營運效率提升
最終推動整體業績成長。
