Wenn du eine Leidenschaft für soziale Medien hast, ein Experte im Community-Management bist und in Madrid (oder Umgebung) lebst, dann suchen wir genau dich.
En TBWA-DDB Madrid buscamos un/a Community Manager nativo/a en alemán para trabajar con una importante marca del sector financiero, que opera de forma digital en Alemania (el idioma habitual en la oficina será español y/o inglés).
Serás responsable de programar contenido, moderar comunidades y generar reportes. Deberás interpretar métricas, gestionar interacciones y derivar casos a los equipos correspondientes.
Trabajarás otros equipos para seguir tendencias, coordinar publicaciones del día y optimizar el crecimiento de la comunidad.
Buscamos un perfil organizado, dedicado y flexible, con muchas ganas de seguir haciendo crecer el vínculo con nuestra audiencia y con una visión estratégica.
Responsabilidades
- Publicación y programación de contenido diario en todas las redes sociales de la marca (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram y YouTube).
- Moderación de comentarios en contenido orgánico y paid
- Entendimiento de KPIs y lenguaje de cada plataforma.
- Derivar casos de Atención al Cliente a Social Care (Equipo de Atención al Cliente) a través de Emplifi.
- Observar y seguir publicaciones y acciones de la competencia, de otros mercados locales de la marca y del sector en RRSS.
- Descargar leads de campaña y trasladar a las agencias pertinentes.
- Reporting weekly, monthly y al cierre de campañas.
- Detectar insights y oportunidades para activar comunicación de marca/productos
- Social listening y reports sobre cobertura de la marca en medios
Requisitos
- Conocimientos profundos de todas las herramientas de las plataformas de Social Media (Sprinklr, Brandwatch) y saber interpretar resultados.
- Manejo de herramientas para dinamización de comunidad, descarga de reports, etiquetado de contenido y derivación de casos a Atención al Cliente
- Ganas de trabajar en un equipo súper dinámico.
- Nivel nativo de alemán y alto de español e inglés.
