What we are looking for
A strong, on the ground People Business Partner who can help stand up the India site from a people perspective while partnering closely with leaders through launch, ramp, and stabilization. Unlike the senior HR lead, this role should lean much more heavily into tactical execution, day to day leadership support, and onsite people management, while still bringing enough strategic judgment to identify future opportunities and help shape the next phase of the people model.This person should be fully embedded in the operation, highly visible to leaders and employees, and able to translate business needs into practical people solutions in real time.
Profile
Highly tactical and fully onsite operator who is comfortable working in a fast paced, build stage environment where processes are still being defined and the site is scaling quickly. This role should be willing to stay close to the floor, leaders, and teams, with a strong bias for execution and problem solving.
Strong leadership partner able to work directly with site and functional leaders on day to day people topics, team effectiveness, manager support, role clarity, performance concerns, and workforce needs. This role should be credible with leaders, but much more hands on than a purely strategic business partner.
Deep employee engagement and culture capability with the ability to help shape the employee experience from the ground up. This includes identifying early engagement risks, reinforcing cultural expectations, supporting manager consistency, and helping create a healthy and sustainable site environment as the organization ramps.
Solid org effectiveness and talent management judgment with the ability to support team design, manager capability, succession thinking, talent cycled, and role clarity as the site evolves. This person does not need to own long range org strategy, but should be strong enough to spot issues, recommend improvements, and help leaders make sound people decisions.
Strong employee relations and compliance foundation with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters, ensure consistent policy application, support investigations or escalations as needed, and maintain strong alignment with local labor requirements and company standards.
Experienced in change management and comfortable supporting leaders and employees through ambiguity, new processes, shifting structures, and operating model changes during the launch and ramp period.
Coordinator and people operations enabler who can direct and prioritize the work of the 2 HR Generalists, ensuring strong day to day execution across onboarding, employee support, documentation, policy administration, issue follow up, and site level people processes.
Data aware and opportunity oriented with the ability to identify trends in attrition, engagement, attendance, performance, employee concerns, and manager capability, then translate those insights into practical actions and future improvements.

- Partner day to day with site leaders on people topics tied to launch, ramp, and team stabilization.
- Provide onsite support on employee engagement, culture, team health, and manager effectiveness.
- Drive tactical org effectiveness work, including role clarity, team design support, and workforce planning input.
- Manage employee relations matters and help ensure compliant, consistent execution of people policies and practices.
- Support change management as the site moves from launch mode into a more stable operating rhythm.
- Coordinate and guide the work of the 2 HR Generalists to ensure strong execution of daily HR operations and employee support.
- Identify gaps, patterns, and improvement opportunities that can inform the next phase of the India people model.
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager or Director on escalations, org decisions, talent priorities, and site level people risk.

Likely 6 to 10 years of progressive HRBP or PBP experience, ideally in high growth, operations heavy, site based, or multi shift environments. The strongest profile would bring a mix of business partnership, employee relations, manager coaching, engagement, and operational HR execution, with experience working very close to the business rather than from a distance.This should be someone who is comfortable balancing immediate tactical support with enough business judgment to help build stronger practices over time.
