If you're energized by opening doors, sparking real conversations with hospitality decision-makers, and building pipeline that drives meaningful business — this is your role. As a BDR at Duetto covering the LATAM territory, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers across the region: qualifying inbound leads, running targeted outbound campaigns, and partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers to turn prospects into qualified opportunities. It's a high-activity, high-impact role with real visibility into how a global SaaS sales engine works

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across your LATAM territory — email, phone, social, and events — to identify and qualify the right opportunities at the right accounts.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads fast and with purpose, using structured discovery to qualify need and keep deals moving.
- Research target accounts and stakeholders across LATAM markets to build tailored outreach — leveraging AI-driven tools to sharpen relevance and boost response rates.
- Set up high-quality first meetings and demos for the sales team, handing over clean context on pain points, stakeholders, and next steps.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing on territory planning, messaging, and campaign performance, feeding back market intelligence from the field.
- Keep CRM and sales engagement tools accurate and up to date, supporting AI-assisted workflows that make our pipeline reporting sharper.
What We're Looking For
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus if you'll be covering Brazilian accounts).
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers across LATAM markets from the first conversation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot.
- A proven ability to stay organized and maintain quality at volume.
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or technology.
- Prior experience selling into hotel groups, casino operators, or resort brands in Latin America.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prospecting or lead intelligence tools (Clay, 6sense, Gong, Chorus, etc.).
