We at Coforge are hiring IT Project Manager (22661) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with business units, vendors, and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation for audits and governance processes.
- Manage project budgets and control costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation.
- Budget management and financial control experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and audit processes.
