Description

Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Corporate Development Coordinator

At EquipmentShare, we’re not just filling a role — we’re assembling the best team on the planet to build something that’s never been built before. We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.

We’re hiring a Corporate Development Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

The Corporate Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the deal calendar and tracking milestones for multiple concurrent acquisitions, beginning with a signed LOI through to closing. Key duties include acting as a coordination point between internal partners and external third parties, maintaining open-items lists, and reviewing diligence reports to identify potential issues. Additionally, the role involves using AI-assisted tools for report summarization and process streamlining, supporting integration handoffs, and performing other related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the deal calendar and milestone tracking across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions, from signed LOI through closing.
  • Serve as the coordination point between Corporate Development and internal partners (e.g., Legal, Real Estate ex. (Title, Phase I ESA, PCA, Zoning), Integration) and external third parties (e.g., counsel, consultants, title companies, sellers' representatives) to keep diligence workstreams on schedule.
  • Own the open-items list for each transaction: track outstanding requests, chase responses from internal teams and counterparties, and ensure nothing stalls.
  • Review and summarize third-party diligence reports (e.g., environmental, title, quality of earnings, and similar) to flag potential issues for the deal lead.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to summarize reports, prepare status updates, and streamline deal processes.
  • Support the handoff to the integration team at close.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
