This is a hybrid role based in Sofia.

The Role

euNetworks is looking for a German-speaking Commercial Account Manager to be part of our successful enterprise sales team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, developing your relationships to grow the account through cross selling. You will also manage and protect existing revenues by building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will proactively schedule and conduct structured remote meetings with your customers to review account performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure achievement of clearly defined KPIs.

This is a diverse and challenging sales role where attention to detail and an overriding passion for building inspiring customer relationships are needed, along with a positive "can-do" attitude towards the daily demand to multi-task.

As your understanding of the company and its product offerings deepens, there is ample room for career advancement, presenting exciting prospects to transition into a more senior role within the sales organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and develop existing client accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and go-to person.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers in addition to developing new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions and quotes to meet those needs.
  • Manage and grow existing customer revenue by minimising churn, securing renewals and delivering against monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing issues promptly.
  • Develop customer relationships through excellent communication and understanding of their business.
  • Reactively manage all inbound queries such as quotes, service and billing.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the euNetworks products and services.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Keeping accurate records of client interactions via our CRM system
  • Collaborating internally and championing the customer to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Lead generation using campaigns and social media to promote products to existing and new customers.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to business targets.
  • Drive customers onto the portal, ensuring we are actively demoing Pathfinder and the wider environment. Customer adoption is critical.
  • Develop ADP Lite plans for your growth customers and present progress against these plans to the management team on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain a minimum qualified pipeline coverage ratio of 4× the quarterly revenue target to ensure consistent target attainment and revenue predictability.

Team structure: You will be providing guidance and support to Sales Administration, graduates and sales trainees. You will receive guidance and support from Account Managers and Directors, Sales leaders and other relevant stakeholders i/e Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Bid Management

What do we want from you?
Required

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German are essential. Additional European languages are beneficial.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and revenue growth objectives or a proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience and develop positive relationships.
  • Ability to communicate via digital media (zoom, email etc).
  • Experience and passion in delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Energy and ambition for personal development.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage performance against defined KPIs in a target-driven sales environment
  • Experience in conducting structured virtual commercial meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Desired

  • Experience as an account manager or relevant sales function with direct responsibility for revenue growth, preferably handling international accounts.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or network services industry
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred but not required).
  • Apprenticeship or Degree in business, marketing or related field, or similar competency.

euNetworks is a critical bandwidth infrastructure provider, a specialist in connecting data centres and critical locations across Europe, and a leading cloud connectivity provider. We build and invest in city and long haul fibre networks and today we own and operate deep fibre networks in 18 cities, with a long haul network spanning more than 66,000 kilometres.
