🎯 Role Overview
As a Power BI Developer, you will design and build enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that turn complex cybersecurity, operational, and risk data into clear, executive-ready insights.
You will be responsible for strengthening EVOCS's reporting standards and ensuring our clients' leadership teams have the trusted, real-time visibility they need to make confident decisions.
🧩 What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop enterprise Power BI dashboards
- Create executive-level cybersecurity, operational, and risk reporting
- Develop data models and reporting frameworks
- Support KPI and metric standardization
- Optimize Power BI performance and governance
- Implement role-based access controls and reporting security
🧠 What You Will Bring
The top candidate will have the following skills:
- 5+ years' experience in Power BI development and enterprise reporting
- Experience with Power BI Enterprise Administration; Data Modeling; Azure Data Lake; Microsoft Fabric; DAX; Executive Reporting
- A passion for turning raw data into visual stories decision-makers can trust
- Ability to design semantic models and reporting frameworks that scale across multiple business units
- An undying concern about data accuracy and the integrity of executive-facing metrics
- A willingness to iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings
Ideally you have...
- A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Ability to mentor other developers on Power BI and data modeling best practices
