We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model.

As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short term rental businesses regardless of their size.

Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support.

We generate revenue through two primary streams:

• Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees.
• Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels.

Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers.

What This Role Is About:

Supports the execution of marketing initiatives and programs that enhance advertising effectiveness and drive apartment rental demand. Assists with content development, campaign implementation, reporting, analytics administration, and process execution across multiple marketing channels. Collaborates with internal teams to support departmental objectives.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Supports the execution and ongoing maintenance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring approved strategies, budgets, and optimizations are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Maintains marketing assets, listings, and content across third-party platforms and marketing technologies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Assists with marketing operations activities, including campaign administration, budget tracking, documentation, invoicing support, and vendor coordination.
• Supports reporting, analytics, and system administration activities, including data validation, tracking implementation, and troubleshooting to help ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Performs quality assurance reviews and identifies content, tracking, or campaign issues; coordinates resolution efforts with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assists with onboarding and transition-related marketing activities, helping ensure timely execution of required advertising, content, and operational tasks.
• Responds to ad hoc marketing requests by compiling data, generating reports, implementing approved updates, and supporting operational priorities across assigned portfolios.
• Supports the evaluation and optimization of marketing programs by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing approved recommendations.
• Maintains organized marketing documentation, contracts, records, and related materials in accordance with departmental processes and standards.

• Invoices
• ILS Gallery Updates
  • Uploading new photography
  • Implementing requests for verbiage updates, photo order changes, adding/removing amenities and features, etc.
• Mid-Month / EOM Implementation
  • Client would continue to meet and review spend and package-level recommendations; however, the contractor would be responsible for implementing the approved Google Ads spend based on the notes and recommendations documented in the Digital Tracker.
  • Preparing the necessary budget sheets for the client to review during mid-month and EOM.
• Digital Tracker Updates
  • Implementing updates in Google Ads when site teams or RPMs reach out to review their Digital Trackers or request changes to targeted locations, employers, etc.
  • This would allow the client to remain focused on the strategy and recommendations while the contractor handles the execution.
• Random Requests
  • Supporting miscellaneous requests that come through for existing portfolios, excluding new acquisition properties i.e.
    • Floor plan push changes
    • Pulling reporting, keyword lists, and other requested data
    • Reviewing and optimizing properties that are not currently top of list for Colin and Michaela
    • Marketing audit items
    • AMA call requests (with guidance from Colin and Michaela), excluding new transitions
• New Transition Onboarding
  • Resizing seller images for Google Ads
  • Other executional onboarding tasks as appropriate
• Google Ads Photography Updates
  • Updating photography within Google Ads campaigns as new or revised assets become available
• GA4 Setup
  • Completing GA4 setup for properties as needed
• Lead Attribution / Troubleshooting
  • Assisting with lead testing when site teams reach out regarding phone numbers not working
  • Double-checking phone numbers are accurate across Entrata/Zuma spreadsheets
  • Supporting initial troubleshooting and validation when site teams report that something is not working as expected
• ILS Contracts
  • Sending contracts to the point of contact
  • Saving finalized contracts in the appropriate Drive location

Technical Requirements:

• Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port)
• i5 11th Gen or higher
• Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
• Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
