This role is based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy. Additionally, availability for regular calls with team members and partners in San Francisco and China is required, including up to 15% of travel.
Who You Are

They would provide the technical guidance and project management skills to move a program from the concept phase, through prototyping, and into mass production while ensuring at each phase we are ready to proceed. They will uncover and mitigate the obstacles to achieve each project’s goal.
A successful candidate will proactively search for potential technical, logistical and process issues before they arise and possess an arsenal of proven methodologies for mitigating each in a time-effective manner.
While working from Vilnius, Lithuania with your core engineering team, you will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (Who is based in Fellow’s San Francisco HQ). You’ll lead an exciting new engineering program and serve as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, commercial teams, contract manufacturers, and the Fellow Executive team. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between PD, EE, FW, Test, Product Management, Quality, Marketing and Ops as well as external partners to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and requirements.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, ensuring engineering solutions meet project goals and technical specifications are clearly understood and align with the PRD. Monitor the technical progress of the project and ensure that engineering solutions align with project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks that could impact the project timeline, budget, or quality. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
- Resource and Quality Management: Allocate resources effectively (personnel, budget, tools, and equipment), manage team workloads, and ensure projects meet quality standards and regulations through testing and validation. Coordinate testing and validation activities to verify that the product meets technical requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication and Change Management: Communicate project status (progress, risks, and issues), manage changes to scope, schedule, resources, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management. Facilitate decision-making by providing clear, concise information and analysis.
- Performance Monitoring and Leadership: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities. Lead and develop teams, and foster a positive work environment.
- Post-Project Review: Conduct reviews to evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, and incorporate feedback into future project planning
