WHAT WE OFFER YOU
An exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a hyper growth start-up, and learn what it means to build an impactful data & people-driven business. You will be given responsibility in working alongside experienced professionals, supporting them in building, growing, and running aspects of FirstMind. You will have a passenger seat view of our journey of rapid growth. More tangibly you will:
- Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.
- An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs
- A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy
- Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries.
- International exposure where you will expand your professional network across Nova Founders Capital and get unique access to our network of leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibility will be;
- Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
- Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
- Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice.
- Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected
- Advising on growth hacking opportunities
- Social media planning and content management
- Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery
- Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries
- Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:
- Working towards acquiring a bachelor’s or master's degree
- Well versed in the fundamentals of marketing in a digital context.
- Hugely positive, curious and pro-active
- Have a genuine interest in learning and is proactively looking for ways to improve
- Self-starter, motivated and organized.
- Driven to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (spoken & written)
