Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze en resultaatgerichte Operationeel Manager (m/f/d) die een belangrijke rol speelt in het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van onze activiteiten binnen de Benelux-regio.
Jouw Taken – Paint the world green
- Beheer regionale partnerschappen door sterke relaties op te bouwen, prestaties te verbeteren en te fungeren als het belangrijkste operationele aanspreekpunt
- Leid verbeteringsprojecten die de voertuigkwaliteit, chauffeursstandaarden, partnerondersteuning en de algehele dienstverlening verbeteren
- Analyseer KPI’s en prestatiegegevens om knelpunten te identificeren, het netwerk te optimaliseren en inzichten om te zetten in concrete acties
- Onderhandel met partners over compliance, kwaliteitsverbeteringen en langetermijnverbintenissen
- Werk nauw samen met teams op het hoofdkantoor, Tech en lokale teams om soepele operaties en afgestemde prioriteiten te waarborgen
- Blijf dicht bij de operatie door stations te bezoeken, feedback uit de praktijk te verzamelen en continue verbetering te stimuleren
Jouw Profiel – Ready to hop on board
- 5+ jaar ervaring in een dynamische, technologiegedreven omgevingen. Ervaring in de bus- of personenvervoerindustrie is een sterke plus
- Vloeiend in Nederlands & Engels; Frans is een sterke plus
- Analytische mindset met het vermogen om complexe data om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten voor partners en netwerkoptimalisatie
- Proactief, oplossingsgericht en nauwkeurig, met eigenaarschap en het vermogen om initatieven zelfstandig voort te stuwen
- Sterke stakeholdermanager, vaardig in relatiebeheer, onderhandelen en het beïnvloeden van teams en partners
- Praktisch ingesteld en betrokken bij de operatie, met een rijbewijs en de bereidheid om te reizen
