Das erwartet Dich
- Du berätst unsere national und international tätigen Mandanten in diversen Projekten in unterschiedlichen Branchen entlang der Prozesslandschaft.
- Dabei leitest und steuerst du Beratungsprojekte von der Durchführung von Prozessaufnahmen, der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Harmonisierungsprojekten bis hin zum Aufbau und der Etablierung einer Prozessorganisation.
- Als Teil unseres Teams erhälst du hohe Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und kannst deine Expertenstellung im Bereich Prozessmanagement und -harmonisierung weiter ausbauen.
- Du arbeitest intensiv mit Expert*innen des Forvis Mazars Netzwerks im internationalen Umfeld zusammen.
- In angrenzenden Themenbereichen bildest du dich gerne weiter und möchtest auch andere Beratungsfelder kennenlernen.
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder in einem großen Unternehmen mit Fokus auf die Neugestaltung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung in der Prozesslandschaft des Finanzbereichs
- Erfahrungen mit den gängigen Lösungen und Tools im Prozessmanagement (u.a. BPM Lösungen, Process Mining, Workflowlösungen, Low Coding Lösungen, bspw. SAP Signavio, SAP Build, Bizagi, Microsoft Power Platform) sowie der Datenanalyse
- Engagierte Persönlichkeit, die sich durch Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative auszeichnet
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Flexibilität im Beratungsalltag und Reisebereitschaft
