  • Partner with project teams and trade contractors to develop and implement job-specific quality plans, providing design review feedback on constructability, sequencing and industry best-practice procedures.
  • Conduct regular field reviews, document findings and guide corrective action. Serve as a quality liaison between project teams and trade contractors, facilitating coordination and consistency across quality control activities.
  • Lead various quality management processes, including pre-installation meetings, first work in place and daily inspections, providing a strong background in construction quality and mechanical systems. Promote clear communication and collaborative problem-solving with internal and external relationships to influence outcomes, resolving issues while driving a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams, sharing technical knowledge, modeling best practices, staying current on industry trends and promoting professional development to elevate quality standards across all phases of a project.

These environments may include proximity to heavy machinery, elevated work areas, airborne particles, varying weather conditions, and potential electrical risks. Noise levels may vary from moderate to high depending on the phase of construction. Employees may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and must remain alert to ensure safety.
