What Youāll Be Doing:
As the voice of Right Way Garage Doors, youāll support customers by phone, email, and chatācreating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.

Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency

Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates

Research solutions and respond to customer needs with friendly, helpful support

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer

Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience

Learn our offerings inside and outābecoming a knowledgeable go-to resource
What Weāre Looking For:

1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
-
Excellent communication and active listening skills
-
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
-
Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but weāll train the right person!)

A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success

High school diploma or equivalent
