Pay: $20/hour during training ā Performance-Based Pay After Training
Schedule: Full-Time | Saturdays required after training

Original Triad Door Co. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Garage Door Technician Apprentices.

š§ What Youāll Learn & Do
(We train you step-by-step)

Assist with residential garage door and opener installation, repair, and maintenance
-
Learn safe troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics
-
Perform safety inspections and follow best practices
-
Provide professional, friendly service in customersā homes

Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites
-
Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
-
Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work

Follow all safety procedures

šÆ What Weāre Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude (required)
- Previous sales experience preferred, with a focus on building customer relationships and recommending solutions

Dependable, responsible, and punctual

High motivation ā this role transitions to performance pay

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders

Valid driverās license and clean driving record
-
Willingness to work Saturdays after training
-
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience in construction, automotive, HVAC, electrical, or general labor is helpfulābut not required.
