Our responsibility is to keep clinicians productive, supported, and paid for their time. Patient cancellations, refusals, and schedule changes happen in home health. Your paycheck should not have to suffer because of them.
If your day runs longer, you are paid for the additional time worked. If you work efficiently and finish early, your guaranteed daily pay remains the same.

Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist License
- Valid driver's license
- Home health experience preferred, but not required.
