One of the pillars of our North American division is spread across four different sites in Mexico where a blend of manufacturing and fabrication occurs. Position Overview
Supervisar y administrar el proceso de producción para garantizar operaciones eficientes y la entrega oportuna de productos de alta calidad.
What you'll do
- Supervise, oriente y dirija a los trabajadores de producción, asegurándose de que cumplan con las pautas de seguridad, los estándares de calidad y los objetivos de productividad. Motivar y empoderar al equipo para lograr su mejor desempeño.
- Colabore con el equipo de planificación de la producción para crear cronogramas y planes de producción que satisfagan la demanda del cliente mientras optimiza los recursos y minimiza el tiempo de inactividad.
- Supervisa los procesos de producción y los resultados para mantener una calidad constante del producto.
- Implementa medidas de control de calidad para identificar y abordar cualquier defecto o desviación de las especificaciones.
- Identificar oportunidades para la optimización de procesos y mejoras en la eficiencia. Implemente iniciativas de mejora continua para reducir el desperdicio, mejorar la productividad y optimizar las operaciones.
- Asegurar que todas las actividades de producción cumplan con las normas de seguridad y las políticas de la empresa. Realice inspecciones periódicas de seguridad y promueva una cultura de seguridad entre el equipo de producción.
