Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on consensus algorithms to enhance blockchain scalability.
- Design and implement protocol upgrades for Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to develop cutting-edge blockchain technologies.
- Analyze and optimize existing protocols to improve performance and security.
- Contribute to technical discussions and provide insights into cryptographic solutions.
Required skills:
- Strong background in Cryptography.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Rust.
