Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented graduate or post-graduate looking to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, professional environment? Greenstaff Medical is looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our growing team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment support, data management, lead generation, and administrative operations within a global healthcare staffing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage incoming CVs and leads by opening and filing them appropriately.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential leads.
- Assist in data entry and other data-related projects.
- Post job ads across various platforms.
- Use multiple online tools and platforms to source new leads.
- Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
- Fresh graduates or post-graduates eager to learn and contribute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and other admin tools is a plus.
- A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team working to improve healthcare staffing across the US.
