  • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Ensure decisions, assumptions, action items, and dependencies are documented and actively managed.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders, application owners, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks appropriately while driving resolution.
  • Build strong working relationships across functional areas and organizational levels.

  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical decisions and project impacts.
  • Support control readiness, operational readiness, and organizational preparedness activities.

Data & Integration Management

  • Lead data and integration workstreams across the modernization program, ensuring alignment between business requirements, target-state architecture, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate activities related to data migration, data conversion, data validation, data governance, reconciliation, and reporting readiness.
  • Manage cross-system integration dependencies, including APIs, middleware, file-based interfaces, real-time messaging, and third-party vendor connectivity.
  • Partner with business, technology, architecture, and vendor teams to define, document, and track interface requirements, source-to-target mappings, and data flows.
  • Facilitate issue resolution related to data quality, data lineage, integration defects, and application interoperability.
  • Ensure integration and data deliverables are incorporated into project plans, testing cycles, cutover activities, and production readiness assessments.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities supporting integrations, conversions, reporting, and downstream operational processes.
  • Monitor and manage risks associated with data dependencies, interface readiness, reconciliation accuracy, and conversion execution.

Vendor & Implementation Partner Coordination

  • Monitor vendor commitments, delivery milestones, and dependency management.
  • Facilitate working sessions, workshops, design reviews, and status meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between vendor deliverables and business objectives.

Testing & Readiness

  • Support planning and coordination of SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, and production readiness activities.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure successful execution of testing and defect remediation.
  • Coordinate conversion, cutover, training, and go-live readiness activities.

Change & Communication

  • Partner with Change Management teams to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
  • Ensure impacted teams understand upcoming changes, key dates, and required actions.

Qualifications

  • Required

  • Strong experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working within structured Program Management and Governance frameworks.
