City Lead spiller en viktig rolle i å levere denne visjonen lokalt ved å sikre høy kvalitet i utleieoperasjoner, sømløs koordinering av tjenester og en konsekvent, kundeorientert opplevelse.
Som lokal leder driver City Lead operasjonell kvalitet, teamytelse og den totale kundeopplevelsen i sin by, og fungerer som bindeleddet mellom globale standarder og lokal gjennomføring.
Rollen
City Lead har ansvar for den daglige driften av et mindre depot og utfører samt koordinerer alle arbeidsprosesser selv, på grunn av små team og fravær av spesialiserte avdelinger (service, RV-salg og support).
Stillingen er 70–80 % praktisk og operativ, med fokus på effektiv drift, god kundeservice, korrekt dokumentasjon og klargjøring av kjøretøy.
Junior City Lead rapporterer til District Manager og har ansvar for kostnadskontroll ved depotet, inkludert effektiv bruk av forbruksmateriell, forebygging av unødvendige kostnader, reduksjon av omarbeid og disiplinert bruk av driftsbudsjett.
Arbeidsoppgaver
- Utføre og koordinere alle utleieprosesser: innsjekk, utsjekk, dokumentasjon og systemoppdateringer (inkludert rengjøring og vedlikehold);
- Følge opp daglige KPI-er;
- Promotere tilleggstjenester og produkter gjennom verdibasert salg;
- Gjennomføre enkle kontroller av RV/campervans (batteri, vannsystemer, gass, lys og dekk);
- Raskt eskalere komplekse tekniske eller mekaniske problemer til regionale serviceteam;
- Sikre korrekt status og tilgjengelighet for flåten i operative systemer;
- Koordinere daglige skift, prioriteringer og oppgavefordeling i teamet, inkludert opplæring og onboarding av nye ansatte;
- Overvåke klargjøring og presentasjon av kjøretøy for salgsavtaler.
Praktiske krav
- Kunne løfte eller flytte lette til middels tunge gjenstander (10–15 kg) og være komfortabel med å stå, gå og bevege seg rundt på depotet over lengre perioder;
- Komfortabel med fysisk arbeid ved behov;
- Komfortabel med å arbeide både innendørs og utendørs under ulike værforhold;
- Fleksibel til å jobbe helger, helligdager og i høysesonger ved operative behov;
- 2–4 års erfaring fra operative miljøer med høyt tempo, logistikk, utleie, hospitality eller kundeservice;
- Sterk praktisk og operativ arbeidskapasitet;
- Evne til å multitaske, prioritere og håndtere fysisk arbeid i travle perioder;
- Fleksibilitet til å jobbe lengre skift i høysesong for å sikre kontinuitet i driften;
- Førerkort klasse B er påkrevd;
- Gode engelskkunnskaper er obligatorisk, fransk er en fordel.
