Bartender | Intown Golf Club | Philadelphia, PA ($28.00 / hour + Premium Benefits & Perks Available)
Craft an elevated beverage experience behind our bar. At Intown Golf Club (IGC), we are rewriting the script for private social clubs and luxury lifestyle brands. We are currently seeking a bright, focused Bartender to lead our beverage program on the floor. If you take pride in offering guests a diverse, seasonally inspired menu, warm conversation, and elite hospitality within a premium environment that respects your work-life balance, your next chapter starts here.
What You’ll Do:

Elevated Mixology: Mix, garnish, and serve premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, showcasing a deep knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings.

Member Engagement: Interact directly with members and guests, assessing their preferences, making expert menu recommendations, and nurturing a world-class bar experience.

Bar Operations: Plan and present the bar menu, manage daily bar inventory, and restock supplies efficiently to ensure seamless shift execution.

Compliance & Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine, organized, and deeply clean bar environment. Strictly check identifications to meet legal drinking ages and enforce total compliance with all local, state, federal, and IGC liquor regulations.
What You Bring:

The Background: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated bartending experience within an upscale casual restaurant, fine dining establishment, luxury hotel, or private club.

The Skills: Deep expertise in premium cocktail creation, excellent physical stamina (ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays), and top-tier organizational abilities.

The Attitude: A friendly, attentive, and highly professional demeanor with a natural passion for elevated hospitality.

The Guardrails: Must be the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol and have full willingness to work peak club hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
