Principal Solution Consultant – Enterprise DevOps & ADM Transformation

About the Role
We are seeking an articulate, persuasive, and seasoned Principal Solution Consultant to lead large-scale Application Delivery Management (ADM) and DevOps transformation initiatives across EMEA. Sitting at the intersection of pre-sales, solution architecture, and organizational management of change, you will partner with C-level stakeholders, IT directors, and enterprise clients to define and deliver modern IT target operating models.
In this role, you will lead complex Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, convert high-value leads into delivery orders, and commodify bespoke transformation techniques into standardized enterprise offerings. If you have a proven track record of guiding global organizations through enterprise Agile (SAFe), Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and end-to-end DevOps model office implementation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Pre-Sales & GTM Leadership

Go-To-Market Execution: Define, implement, and drive GTM strategies across EMEA, collaborating closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to build pipeline and drive revenue growth.

Value & Solution Selling: Partner with sales leadership on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, conducting solution discovery workshops with client IT, test, delivery, and operations directors.

Service Commodification: Transform bespoke consulting delivery methods, practices, and prototyping techniques into scalable, standardized enterprise service offerings.
DevOps, ADM & Architecture Solutions

Transformation Architecture: Architect end-to-end DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing roadmaps aligned with frameworks like SAFe, TOGAF, and ITIL.

Sand-Pit & Model Office Prototyping: Initiate and manage complex product integrations (e.g., ADM suites, cloud platforms, microservices) into DevOps Model Office capabilities for client demonstrations and proof-of-concept testing.

Service Integration (SIAM): Provide architectural governance and target operating models for multi-vendor, complex IT ecosystems, service automation, and IaaS/PaaS environments.
Client Engagement & Management of Change

Stakeholder Management: Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, executive sponsors, and technical teams to gain buy-in for major organizational and digital changes.

Design Assurance & Risk Management: Establish design assurance processes and conduct product/vendor evaluations to mitigate delivery risks and unlock operational cost savings for clients.

Practice Alignment & Mentoring: Build, integrate, and mentor cross-functional consulting teams across global sub-regions, establishing best practices for project delivery and team capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Skills & Experience

Industry Experience: Extensive background in IT, Telecommunications, or enterprise Professional Services, managing large global programs or critical national infrastructure.

Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on and strategic knowledge of Application Delivery Management (ADM), enterprise DevOps, Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines, and Service Integration & Management (SIAM).

Commercial & Pre-Sales Acumen: Proven ability to support sales cycles, shape high-value bids/RFPs, expand pipeline, and turn client opportunities into realized delivery orders.

Frameworks & Methodologies: Experience adapting Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ITIL, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, MODAF, UML, SOA) in complex enterprise environments.

Organizational Change: Demonstrated ability in Applied Management of Change—guiding client teams from legacy monolithic structures to modern, automated IT operations.

Communication: Exceptional presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications & Education

TOGAF 9 Certification (or equivalent Enterprise Architecture credential).

ITIL Foundation / Advanced Service Delivery certification.

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner / Agilist certification.

Strong track record across EMEA or global multi-national client portfolios.
