Job Summary

Kirby Group are seeking a motivated associate to join our Process and Performance Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key areas such as business process management and improvement, data analysis, project management, and reporting, whilst playing a crucial role in advancing the company’s operational performance. This is a unique chance to develop a robust foundation for a career in business process and change management where your contributions will directly influence operational excellence and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with business leaders to manage existing business processes, workflows and procedures.
Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, opportunities for improvement and implement recommended changes.
Support portfolio management of improvement initiatives across the business.
Collaborate with team members to develop critical business reports for senior management, leveraging data analytics tools and technologies to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.
Support business change management activities.
Assist business leaders with the planning and facilitation of workshops.
Engage with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure process execution and compliance, whilst ensuring adherence to relevant Kirby Group and industry standards.
Assist with the development of digital solution requirements and partner closely with IT teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

0-2 years industry or consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT or any related field.
Masters’ qualification is desirable but not essential.
Proficient with data analytics tools, including Power BI would be desirable.
Ability to work within a team environment and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Pride in the quality and presentation of their work.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about their career and progression.
