Pay Rate: From £29,608 per annum plus additional sleep-in rate of £62.64 per shift

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Deputy Manager for its client’s Children’s Residential Home team in Blackpool.
Are you an experienced Senior or Deputy Manager looking to advance your career in a supportive, values-driven environment? Working closely with the Registered Manager, you’ll strengthen your leadership skills and knowledge while being part of a wider management team. The role offers a clear pathway for career progression, including funded Level 5 qualifications to prepare you for future leadership opportunities.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in achieving the best possible outcomes for the children in our care—leading with passion, integrity, and commitment.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Workforce or above.
- Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Experience managing budgets and staff rotas.
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins as needed (Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the children in your care.)
