Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Single Handed Care
Location: Reading (Flexible hours)
Pay Rate: £40 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a short-term Single Handed Care Project in Reading. This is an opportunity to lead a project focused on smarter, safer care and improved outcomes for service users and carers.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Reviewing double-up care packages to identify opportunities for single-handed care
- Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
- Liaising with care providers and equipment services
- Promoting safe, dignified, and efficient care delivery
You’ll work alongside another experienced OT and receive support and supervision from our Lead Moving & Handling OT. We’re flexible on working hours and open to negotiation on the hourly rate - full-time or part-time considered.

To be successful in this role you must have,
- Has strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
- Enjoys collaborative working and driving service improvement
- Wants to make a real difference in promoting independence
