Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential
Location: Birmingham or Coventry
Pay Rate: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for its client's Children's Residential team in Birmingham or Coventry.
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker in the West Midlands area to join a business that places quality of care at the heart of its ethos. The team is close-knit and has created a warm, family-like environment - not just for the children, but also among colleagues - making this a truly rewarding place to work!
What will your responsibilities be?
- As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the children in care.
- You should take pride in your work, understand behavioural cues, and be skilled in monitoring, guiding, and advocating for children.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Support Worker experience in a similar setting - 2 years
- NVQ Level 3/4 in residential Childcare
- Car Driver
- Sponsorship not currently available
