Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Adult Learning Disability Team in Manchester.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Complete Care Act assessments and reviews for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring support plans promote independence, choice, and control.
- Work collaboratively with health professionals, providers, and families to coordinate person‑centred support and manage complex needs.
- Safeguard adults at risk, carrying out risk assessments and contributing to multi‑agency planning to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
