Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager to join its client’s Reablement Team, based in Cheshire.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Lead and supervise the reablement social work team, providing guidance, oversight, and reflective supervision to ensure safe, strengths‑based, person‑centred practice.
  • Coordinate and manage workflow, including allocation of cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely assessments, reviews, and discharge planning in line with statutory duties.
  • Work collaboratively with health and community partners, troubleshooting barriers, supporting effective multi‑disciplinary working, and ensuring individuals receive seamless, outcome‑focused reablement support.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
