Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist will assist Payroll Manager in processing weekly payroll and maintain accurate time. records.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile time entries - weekly
- Reconciles weekly regional payroll.
- Research paycheck or direct deposits issues.
- Records and processes Certified Payrolls
- Tracking Apprenticeship certification documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with Excel, using VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have a good understanding of keeping employee records confidential.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at least six months of experience in payroll preferred.
- Experience with Vista payroll experience preferred

Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Potential visits to outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes.
- Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
- Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
