Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking dependable and hardworking Reach Truck Operators / Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations during a temporary project period.

This hands-on role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, tracking, storing, picking, packing, staging, and preparing materials and equipment to support project and operational needs. The Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate will help maintain accurate inventory records, organized material locations, safe warehouse conditions, and efficient material flow.

The ideal candidate has prior reach truck experience, warehouse or material-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. This position requires the ability to perform physically active work, follow warehouse procedures, use inventory-tracking tools, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, Inspection & Material Storage

  • Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Review incoming shipments against packing slips, delivery documentation, material labels, and inventory records.
  • Identify damaged materials, incorrect deliveries, missing items, quantity discrepancies, or labeling concerns and report them promptly.
  • Store and organize materials in assigned warehouse locations while maintaining proper labeling, identification, and accessibility.
  • Help ensure materials are protected from damage, loss, misplacement, or improper handling.
  • Support unloading, sorting, staging, and storage of project materials and operational supplies.

Reach Truck & Material Handling Operations

  • Safely operate a reach truck to move, retrieve, stage, store, and organize materials within warehouse areas.
  • Load and unload shipments from trucks, trailers, delivery vehicles, and designated receiving areas.
  • Transport materials, pallets, equipment, and supplies to assigned storage, staging, or project-support locations.
  • Support material movement using approved warehouse equipment, hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and related tools as assigned.
  • Follow equipment-operating procedures, warehouse traffic rules, load-capacity requirements, and all applicable safety practices.
  • Perform basic visual checks of equipment before use and report any equipment concerns, damage, or unsafe conditions.

Inventory Control & Warehouse Support

  • Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare materials for project, construction, operational, or shipment needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, material locations, stock levels, and material movement information.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, physical counts, and audit-support activities as assigned.
  • Use barcode scanners, inventory-tracking systems, spreadsheets, and warehouse tools to record material transactions and updates.
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation by identifying and reporting discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Support general warehouse operations, material handling, order preparation, and project-material staging as needed.
  • Maintain organized storage areas, aisles, staging locations, workspaces, and loading areas.

Safety, Housekeeping & Team Support

  • Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific rules.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas in alignment with housekeeping and 5S expectations.
  • Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, unsafe conditions, spills, equipment issues, and other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Support safe material-handling practices, including proper lifting, loading, staging, and storage techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse leads, logistics personnel, project teams, delivery drivers, and other team members.
  • Adapt to changing warehouse priorities, shipment schedules, material needs, and assigned tasks.
  • Perform other warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, and material-handling duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous reach truck operating experience required.
  • Ability to safely move, lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and perform physically active tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or material-handling environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn barcode-scanning, inventory-management, and warehouse-tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify materials, quantities, labels, and storage locations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, organization, reliability, and proper material-handling practices.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a warehouse team.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, warehouse procedures, and safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, distribution, or material-handling experience.
  • Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, barcode scanners, warehouse-management systems, or inventory-tracking software.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, or other warehouse equipment.
  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech project environments.
