Referral Bonus Structure:
Reminder: All bonuses are paid out after the referral completes their first 90 days.
- Physicians (Medical Directors, Attending, Collaborating): $3,500 (Limited Time Only!)
- Providers (Primary Care, Subspecialty): $2,500
- Care Coordinators (Brooklyn & Florida Hubs): $1,000
- Medical Assistants and Techs: $1,000
- Office Staff: $500
How to Refer:

- Enter Your Referral's Information: Input their basic contact information in the "Apply for this job" section. Uploading their resume is optional!
- Enter Your Information: We just need your name, email, ant your preference for receiving updates.
